RGS Associates, a leading land planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering firm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is proud to announce the promotion of Bill Fredericks, PE, and Len Bradley, PE, to the position of Principal.

With a combined 30 years of experience, Fredericks and Bradley exemplify the firm’s commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and client partnership. Their promotions reflect both their personal achievements and the continued growth and diversification of RGS Associates across Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
“Bill and Len have each made exceptional contributions to RGS through their leadership, technical skill, and ability to mentor others,” said Joel Snyder, RLA, Managing Principal, at RGS Associates. “They’ve helped strengthen our client relationships and have been instrumental in driving complex projects forward with creativity and precision. Their promotions to Principal are well-earned and well-deserved.”

Bill Fredericks, PE, has more than 15 years of experience working across all phases of land development projects, including senior living communities, commercial developments, and industrial sites. Known for his collaborative approach and ability to integrate stormwater management into both functional and aesthetic site features, Fredericks has become a trusted resource to clients and colleagues alike.
“Every project offers an opportunity to create spaces that work beautifully, for both our clients and the people who live, work, and play there,” Fredericks said. “It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that values both innovation and integrity in everything we do.”

Len Bradley, PE, brings more than 15 years of experience in civil engineering, site design, and stormwater management to his new leadership role. A recognized expert in hydrology, hydraulics, and permitting compliance, Bradley also serves as a Governor-appointed engineer on Pennsylvania’s Statewide Water Resources Committee, which oversees the State Water Plan and advises on legislative priorities related to water policy. In 2021, he was named Engineer of the Year by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers.
“At RGS, our success comes from collaboration,” Bradley said. “Our culture is one where everyone from interns to principals works together to solve challenges and deliver quality results. I’m honored to help lead that effort and continue the tradition of excellence that defines this firm.”
As Principals, Fredericks and Bradley will continue to serve as project leaders, client managers, and mentors, advancing RGS’s mission to design creative, buildable, and environmentally responsible spaces that bring lasting value to the communities they serve.
