Grand Opening of VERDE Luxury Apartments in Hummelstown
On July 14th 2nd Street Realty Associates, LP, local, county, and state officials, along with members of the community gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the first of six apartment buildings at VERDE, an upscale apartment community on East Second Street in Downtown Hummelstown. The first building features 20 one- and two-bedroom units.
RGS Associates is a proud partner in this redevelopment project that is bringing new life to what was once home to Verdelli Farms, a vegetable cleaning and packaging facility. The new complex was designed to reknit the fabric of the site to its surrounding neighborhoods. RGS provided the site planning and land development consulting services. TONO Architects was the project architect and Lawson Development and Construction Corporation is performing construction management and general contracting services.
