Go ahead and add PE to our title!

It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion from Engineering in Training (EIT) to Professional Engineer (PE) for Isaiah Martin and Tim Weisser. Tim and Isaiah recently passed their Professional Engineer licensure exam, granting them each the title of Licensed Professional Engineer.

The PE license is the engineering profession’s highest standard of competence, a symbol of achievement and assurance of quality. Progressing through initiative and dedication, both Tim and Isaiah have shown commitment to the exemplary performance of their duties. By understanding, and then prioritizing clients and their needs, they ensure that RGS delivers timely, efficient and quality service that exceeds expectations. We know that Tim and Isaiah will continue to provide this same level of client-focused service with new titles.

Isaiah, a Penn State alum, resides in Lancaster with his wife Kylie and their four furry paw children (two cats and two dogs). Isaiah’s passion is sustainable development and he is consistently looking for ways to integrate this into his work and with our clients. Throughout his four years at RGS, Isaiah’s favorite project to work on was the Calvary Fellowship Homes project, as it was the first project he designed stormwater from start to finish.

Also a Penn State alum, Tim has more than 11 years of experience in the industry and six at RGS. He has developed a broad skill set and excels at integrating stormwater design solutions with the site layout that meet regulatory requirements while also meeting the clients long term objectives. He enjoy the problem solving aspect of the job, coming up with unique solutions to problems. Like those of his favorite project, the Wilbur redevelopment. The Wilbur project was a unique site with ambitious design challenges. The design of the site was difficult, but seeing the site having a use again was rewarding. Tim enjoys spending his free time watching any and all Philadelphia sports teams.
