This project included phased planning for the development of a 35-acre property including an 80,000 square-foot facility consisting of a hall with commercial kitchen, 500-seat banquet hall, 679-space parking facility, flex-use gymnasium, adult Bible fellowship and Christian education classrooms.  This project was closely coordinated with neighboring commercial development interests to respect future land uses and provide a coordinated circulation system and utility services.  The project required negotiations and approvals from PPL to secure the right to utilize land owned by PPL for parking and access purposes, as well as, numerous zoning variances and a conditional use approval.
