Fair Valley is located just south of York City, with convenient access to Route 83 and Baltimore to the south. It is a 245 unit, high end apartment community, many with integral garages, arranged to take advantage of the sloping topography.

A central green provides for a community gathering space, and is anchored by a 3,000 SF community center, containing a fully equipped fitness room, common activities room, and a community pool.  Several detached garages are also planned to provide additional covered parking.  Several small playgrounds are incorporated into the site design providing opportunities for safe play.

A key element to the project is the preservation and reconstruction of the existing stream corridor, which includes a walking trail and native plantings.  All of the stormwater is managed through a system of porous concrete paving and underground infiltration beds, eliminating the need for surface basins.
